We have been busy this year helping Hispanic Housing renovate a 60 unit senior housing building on the west side, working on what will be Chicago's first Passive House, following up Grahamwich by ramping up for a new restaurant by Graham Elliot, and working to help our friends at Nature Yoga create a new spatial identity for themselves.
